This page is dedicated to my friend Tony Spezio. Tony is attributed with the design of the "Spezio Tuholer" a contender with the "Fly Baby" for the Mechanics Illustrated contest in the early 1960's. His flying carrier is only second to his ability to tie the most perfect Trout Flies, as well as catch them on the northern rivers of Arkansas where he lives or wherever he may go.

Tony, I thank you for your contributions to aviation as well as the contributions you make to our youth and the future fisherman of the world.
